About

Time Card Free is a free set of calculators for hourly workers, freelancers and small employers: a weekly and biweekly time card, an hours calculator and a time to decimal converter.

Everything runs in your browser. The times you enter are not sent to any server; the time card is saved only in your own browser.

The calculators follow the US federal rules explained on each page: overtime after 40 hours in a workweek at 1.5 times the rate, and rounding to 5, 6 or 15 minutes. State law and your employer's policy decide what you are actually paid.

The site is free to use and funded by ads. Questions or a mistake to report: support@timecardfree.com.
